Our Event Consultation Package is tailored to your celebration and may include planning guidance, theme and layout ideas, vendor recommendations, budget support, and a customized checklist or timeline. Pricing varies based on the event’s size, complexity, and level of assistance needed, allowing you to receive exactly the amount of guidance your plans require, without paying for services you do not need. With this package you will receive: - A one hour planning meeting at the beginning of the contract, after a consultation - Theme and layout suggestions - Vendor recommendations - Budget guidance - A customized checklist and timeline - A one hour planning meeting one other time between the start of the contract and prior to the event taking place, any additional meetings are billed separately
